While we can’t promise that we’ll be able to fit you in, the best thing to do is turn up as close to your booking time as possible (remember, your arrival time is 10 minutes before the session is due to start) and our team will do everything to get you sorted. Please be aware that this may include shorter playtime.
We have games and activities suitable for ages 0 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children.
Please wear sensible footwear: flat shoes or trainers, no open toes or heels. We advise wearing just one layer, as you may get warm when being active at GameX
Do I have to book in advance or Can I turn up on the day?
Yes, you can turn up on the day and pay at the door if there is availability. We always advise booking in advance to avoid disappointments, some of our sessions sell out very quickly.
GAME TICKET – We have different pricing for weekdays and weekends, the amount will change depending on your choice and when you want to visit us! You’ll be able to see prices when you’re booking your tickets.
Can we cancel our ticket or move our booking once purchased?
Unfortunately, once your ticket has been bought, we cannot refund it. It‚ Äôs possible that we can move your booking for you dependent upon the circumstances and availability of the session.
Do you have parking facilities?
We provide free secure parking on site.

Can you hire out the Game X venue?
Most of our venues offer full venue hire, you can find out more on what your closest venue offers by heading over to our party package page. Please note, that full venue hire is subject to location.
How do I book for a large group?
You can create a booking for up to 50 players for any standard booking via the Book Now button at your chosen venue. Please note, that larger bookings, it is subject to venue availability.
Can I bring external food into the venue?
At this moment, we kindly request that no outside food be brought into our venues. We understand the importance of celebrating with a birthday cake! If you’re planning to bring one, please reach out to your venue, and we’ll explore the possibility of accommodating this special treat.

We sure do, we have a street food cafe on site here at Chorley, serving a variety of food to keep the hunger at bay while you enjoy your visit. We also stock an array of refreshments from pop, slushes, coffees and of course water.

I took some Childminding children here today and Alex was very helpful and the other young lad was very polite and also very helpful. The children loved it they were all under 5 and there was loads to do the rooms with the ball pools in we’re there favourite we will definitely be back they have already asked when 🤣
